Develop and implement strategic initiatives to transform the channels organization and drive growth for the company.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensure successful execution of channel transformation plans.

Lead and manage a team of channel transformation specialists to achieve goals and objectives.

Conduct thorough analysis of current channel partner programs and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive mutual success.

Create and monitor metrics to track the success and effectiveness of channel transformation initiatives.

Utilize market research and industry insights to identify emerging trends and opportunities for channel growth.

Effectively communicate and present channel transformation plans and progress to senior leadership.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and tools to support channel partners and enhance their sales performance.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to ensure the company's channel programs remain competitive and innovative.
