We operate multiple proprietary and distributed brands through a strong B2B network as well as direct-to-consumer platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, Amazon) in Canada and internationally.

In a context of sustained growth and digital acceleration, we are further structuring our web performance and are looking to recruit a specialist capable of optimizing our e-commerce ecosystems in a strategic and measurable way.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Webmaster / E-commerce, SEO & CRO Specialist to take ownership of the architecture, optimization, and overall performance of our transactional websites.

This role is central to our digital strategy. Its objective is to increase qualified traffic, improve conversion rates, optimize average order value, and maximize the return on our media investments.

The position requires a strong analytical mindset, a performance-driven approach, and a clear focus on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Optimization

  • Build and launch new websites.
  • Continuously optimize existing e-commerce sites (UX, speed, structure).
  • Implement SEO technical best practices.
  • Optimize conversion rates (CRO).
  • Optimize average order value (AOV) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Deploy advanced e-merchandising strategies.

Performance & Acquisition

  • Improve marketing campaign execution.
  • Work closely with Paid Media, CRM, and Content teams.
  • Support customer segmentation and B2C journey optimization.
  • Analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.

Marketplaces & Omnichannel

  • Connect and optimize marketplaces.
  • Ensure consistency between e-commerce, marketplaces, and retail channels.
  • Contribute to a coherent and high-performing omnichannel strategy.

Profile

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in e-commerce, SEO, CRO, or transactional website management.
  • Strong proficiency with Shopify or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of technical and on-page SEO principles.
  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities (Google Analytics, tracking tools, heatmaps, etc.).
  • Understanding of marketplace integration challenges.
  • Strategic, performance-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
