Digital Marketing Coordinator - Email & Paid Digital

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator – Email & Paid Digital to support the execution, optimization, and performance tracking of our digital marketing efforts across paid social, paid search, email, and digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to grow their expertise in digital advertising and email marketing while working on integrated, high-visibility campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Paid Digital Advertising (Primary Focus)
- Assist with the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and emerging channels
- Support budget pacing, audience targeting, and creative testing to improve performance
- Monitor campaign metrics and help compile insights, reports, and recommendations
- Test new ad formats, audiences, and tactics to drive reach, engagement, and efficiency
Email Marketing Execution & Optimization
- Execute email campaigns, including scheduling, segmentation, and deployment
- Support A/B testing, personalization, and automation initiatives
- Track and report on email performance, engagement, and effectiveness
Digital Screens & Website Support
- Help manage and update in-store digital screens to ensure timely, accurate, and on-brand content
- Coordinate screen updates aligned with promotional calendars and marketing initiatives
- Support website updates, including landing pages and promotional messaging tied to paid and email campaigns
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve user experience, SEO basics, and conversion performance
Collaboration & Team Support
- Coordinate internal communications and support the production of digital deliverables
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns
- Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and creative partners to ensure alignment across channels
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
- Support testing and learning initiatives to continuously improve performance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to paid advertising, email marketing, or digital content management
Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of paid digital platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo preferred
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms and digital content management tools
- Strong analytical skills and comfort reviewing campaign performance data
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
- Creative mindset with an understanding of brand consistency
- Awareness of local culture and trends in Hawaii
