3Q Investments LLC located in Lancaster, PA is looking for an expert in ecommerce marketing, and maintenance. This individual should embrace an entrepreneurial spirit who is driven to solve problems and produce results.

3Q Investments is a privately held company managing three manufacturing operations in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Our mission is to bring manufacturing back to the USA while producing high quality products at a great price.

Skills & Abilities

• * Knowledge of ecommerce industry trends and major platforms (Shopify, Ship Station, Amazon, etc.)
• Familiarity with sales and marketing, particularly search engine optimization (SEO), and computer skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• * Oversee all online activities.
• Develop strategies to optimize listings and marketing to maximize exposure and sales volume.
• Analyze performance metrics to track sales, drive revenue and reduce costs.
• Maintain and expand product catalogs for Sierra Hygiene and Farmersville Spice with images, descriptions, pricing, etc.
• Develop and produce reports on inventory and sales.
• Track customer complaints and communicate with management.

Work Environment & Location

Hybrid work schedule available after onboarding period.
