Role Description

YYC Home Care Services is looking for a Marketing Team Lead. The Marketing Team Lead will oversee daily operations of the marketing department, lead and manage a team, and develop marketing strategies to promote services and achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, fostering team collaboration, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and develop a successful marketing team
• Strong skills in Communication to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to create impactful strategies and achieve business goals
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide innovative solutions to increase brand presence
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the home care or healthcare industry is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
