Our client, a rapidly expanding online retail brand, is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior E-commerce Growth Manager to spearhead their digital expansion efforts, operating entirely remotely. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, optimizing the online customer journey, and implementing innovative strategies across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, customer analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will be empowered to experiment, analyze data, and implement initiatives that significantly impact the business's bottom line. This is a remote-first position for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic online environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV). Manage and optimize the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and loyalty. Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including website performance, user experience (UX), and checkout process optimization. Lead A/B testing initiatives and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to improve key website metrics. Analyze website data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop and manage paid acquisition campaigns (e.g., SEM, social media advertising, affiliate marketing). Oversee email marketing and CRM strategies to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience. Manage the e-commerce budget and track performance against KPIs. Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats. Manage relationships with key technology vendors and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online growth roles. Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in an online retail environment. Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce) and associated tools. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX best practices. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting. Experience with data visualization tools is advantageous.
