E-commerce Growth Hacker - Remote

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the e-commerce platform, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and lifetime value. Identify and implement innovative marketing tactics across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs. Conduct rigorous A/B testing and multivariate testing on website elements, landing pages, and marketing campaigns to optimize performance. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other e-commerce analytics platforms. Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies for personalized marketing campaigns. Optimize the customer journey from first touchpoint to post-purchase engagement. Collaborate with design and development teams to implement website enhancements and new features. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI across all paid channels. Create compelling marketing copy and ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth hacking, with a proven track record of driving significant growth. Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and their functionalities. Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO). Advanced proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualization. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing automation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment and manage projects independently. Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques is essential.
