E-Commerce Department Customer Manager
Walmart Canada CorpElevate customer service as an E-Commerce Department Manager. Provide strategic support for Online Grocery and promotions to meet customer shopping needs effectively. In this role, you will participate in the training and development of all associates. You'll also oversee the setup of back office operations, monitor workload based on traffic patterns, and ensure high levels of cleanliness in service areas. Your leadership will guide the team to meet quality standards and enhance customer engagement through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: • Train and develop all OMNI Associates • Complete Back Office Setup for grocery orders • Manage daily pick activities and maintenance tasks • Greet customers and promote products effectively • Ensure cleanliness and organization in service areas Requirements: • Strong customer service orientation • Experience in e-commerce or retail environments • Leadership capabilities to train and guide teams • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Familiarity with grocery operations preferred Drive customer satisfaction and team performance in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
