Responsible for optimizing and systemizing all operational areas to ensure the company runs smoothly and efficiently. This role oversees day-to-day performance, builds clear processes, and ensures strong coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes across all operational departments
• Oversee sourcing and purchasing workflows to ensure accurate, timely supply
• Support product development with organized timelines, tracking, and cross-team communication
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and fulfillment standards
• Coordinate logistics, container planning, and inbound/outbound freight
• Monitor and improve software systems and operational tools used across the company
• Oversee customer service processes to ensure quick, consistent, and effective support
• Manage wholesale order flow to maintain accuracy, speed, and smooth internal communication
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve overall operational performance
• Ensure all departments are aligned, accountable, and working within clear systems and KPIs
