Job Overview

TTS Marketing is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to develop and coach our door-to-door energy sales team. This role focuses on onboarding new hires, improving sales performance, and ensuring representatives are equipped with the skills and systems needed to succeed in the field.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in direct or door-to-door sales and a passion for training others to achieve consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new sales representatives
• Lead daily sales training sessions and team development meetings
• Conduct in-field coaching and ride-alongs
• Teach proven sales techniques, scripts, and objection handling
• Monitor individual and team performance
• Provide ongoing mentorship and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with local and state energy regulations
• Help create a positive, disciplined, and results-driven team culture

Compensation

• Base salary: $52,000 per year
• Performance-based bonuses

Qualifications

• Prior door-to-door or direct sales experience required
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in the field daily
• Must be at least 18 years old
