Requirements

10+ years in senior marketing leadership roles

Proven success building and scaling marketing functions in remote or global settings

Strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM, and marketing automation

Creative thinker with a track record of measurable marketing impact

Caribbean and diaspora market experience is a plus
