Overview

We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Operations Manager to execute and manage the day-to-day marketing engine behind The Wealth Code.

This role is not about strategy or copywriting. It’s simply about the execution.

You will take ideas, content, and already written copy, and turn them into fully published, organized, and optimized marketing assets across social media, email, and funnels.

Your job is to make sure nothing slips, everything gets published, and the entire marketing machine runs smoothly and consistently.

This is fully remote. We like to meet 1 to 2 times a week via google meets. There will most likely be occasional in person meetings in Queen Creek amongst you, the marketing director, and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Content Execution & Publishing

  • Format content across platforms (Reels, carousels, short-form clips)
  • Perform light editing appropriate for social media if needed
  • Upload, schedule, and publish content across platforms
  • Format and publish captions and written content
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence

Funnel & Email Execution

  • Build and manage sales funnels (Kajabi, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar)
  • Upload and format emails already written by the team
  • Schedule and send email campaigns
  • Ensure all funnel steps are functioning correctly (opt-ins, emails, pages)

Marketing Operations & Tracking

  • Track leads, engagement, and basic performance metrics
  • Generate simple performance reports
  • Monitor what’s working and what’s not from an execution standpoint
  • Keep all marketing activities organized and on schedule

Content & CRM Organization

  • Manage and maintain the content calendar
  • Organize all content, assets, and deliverables in Google Drive
  • Track testimonials, wins, and user results from beta groups
  • Keep CRM updated with leads, activity, and relevant data

This is very much a plug and play position. You are provided all content, copy, and game plan and you just plug it all in to the appropriate platforms.

Tools & Systems

  • Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
  • Funnel platforms (Kajabi, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels or similar)
  • Email platforms (within funnel tools or external)
  • Basic CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Experience managing and executing social media content
  • Familiarity with building and managing sales funnels
  • Comfortable with light video/content editing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
