Advertising Coordinator
The Sage GroupAd Operations Specialist The Sage Group’s client, a technology company that connects customers with their favorite local and national businesses in over 4,000 cities and all 50 states across the United States and Canada, is seeking a highly detailed ad operations specialist to join their team.
The Advertising & Promotion team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. They provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach company audiences. This role will be directly responsible for managing promotional & advertising campaigns across the restaurant business
- Own rapid-turn promo campaigns for enterprise and midmarket CPG companies
- Partner cross-functionally with our account teams across our CPG business to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly
- Track blockers as we transition our campaigns from our legacy campaign management system to a new campaign management system
- Assist with data entry projects to drive our migration into Ads Manager(our new campaign management system)
- Work with product and engineering, using data and operational feedback to drive product improvements to improve campaign accuracy, drive efficiency, and launch new features
- Create process improvements to drive more efficient workflows with cross-functional teams

We’re excited about you because…
- You have 2+ years of experience in scaled ad operations, digital advertising, data entry, or data audit; high-growth startup experience preferred
- You have excellent communication skills and can manage effectively in a matrixed environment
- You are extremely organized and detail-oriented and can move quickly to balance and reprioritize campaigns
- You have strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and are comfortable learning new technical tools and teaching them to others
Nice to haves
- You have experience editing SQL queries
- You have experience driving product improvements with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams
- You have experience pulling reports from Salesforce, Sigma, Tableau, or another data tool
- You have worked within or have experience in the CPG industry vertical
- You speak and write conversational French
This is a long-term contract opportunity (6-18 months)
100% remote within the United States
$42 hourly, W-2 with benefits and 10 paid days of PTO per year
