Ecommerce Solutions Manager

The Finest Accessories, Inc. - home to luxury brands including France Luxe, L. Erickson, Maison France Luxe, and France Luxe Body, is looking for a digitally savvy, highly organized E-Commerce Solutions Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This position blends e-commerce operations, project coordination, and cross-functional communication. You’ll serve as the central hub that keeps our digital initiatives running smoothly; ensuring priorities, timelines, and teams stay aligned.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day e-commerce activities across Shopify, marketplaces, and digital tools
• Manage workflow between internal teams and external partners
• Oversee project timelines, task lists, and deliverables
• Support product launches, site updates, and promotions
• Collaborate across teams to translate business needs into actionable plans
• Identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in e-commerce, digital operations, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion)
• Experience working with vendors, agencies, or freelancers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Marketplace experience (Amazon, Target Plus, Walmart, Zalando, Mercado Libre) is a plus
