Location & Flexibility

The Manager of Digital Marketing (Adobe) plays a crucial role within our Marketing Services team at TELUS Digital. This position offers a flexible work-from-near (hybrid) arrangement, with our office locations including Charlottesville, VA, Durham, NC, Columbus, OH, or Boston, MA.

The Opportunity

As the Manager of Digital Marketing (Adobe), you will utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Adobe Experience Platform applications (AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA) to navigate complex business and technical integrations, enhancing our clients' products through data-driven strategies. Your expertise will guide the successful adoption and application of Adobe technologies to launch compelling digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of intricate projects, implementing and optimizing clients' MarTech stack focused on the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Ensure client success and satisfaction by defining project scopes and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
  • Coach and manage project teams to guarantee client objectives are met, emphasizing Adobe Experience Platform applications.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand clients' business goals and recommend optimal marketing tech stacks with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform applications.
  • Train clients on their marketing technology stack and provide best practice guidance for optimization and scalability.
  • Oversee ongoing marketing service engagements, including email and push campaigns, analytics, and data reporting to highlight ROI.
  • Address a range of customer inquiries regarding Adobe Experience Platform applications.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance engagement, conversion, and retention using Adobe tools.
  • Analyze marketing performance by segment and refine strategies to improve personalization and customer experience leveraging insights from Adobe applications.
  • Occasional travel to client offices may be required (10-15%).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing marketing strategy role with significant experience in Adobe Experience Platform applications (AEP, CDP, AJO, CJA).
  • Proven capability in executing campaigns within customer engagement platforms.
  • Experience in leading multi-phase projects with varied stakeholders, specifically involving Adobe Experience Platform applications.
  • History of managing diverse, cross-functional teams and mentoring team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Track record of planning and launching integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention using Adobe tools.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven marketing practices including audience segmentation, personalization, and retargeting especially focused on Adobe applications.
  • Adept at clearly presenting complex information to clients and team members.
  • Empathetic approach to client needs with a solutions-oriented mindset, particularly concerning Adobe Experience Platform applications.
