Teamworx is partnering with a well-established Irish retail brand to hire an eCommerce Manager to lead and grow their online business - all from a Laois-based HQ.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of the online P&L and digital strategy. You’ll shape the future of their eCommerce offering while working closer to home in a collaborative, commercially driven environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and deliver the eCommerce strategy & P&L
• Drive online growth across conversion, traffic & retention
• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Manage agencies, platforms & digital partners
• Collaborate across Buying, Marketing, IT & Stores
• Optimise the full online customer journey
• What we’re looking for:
• Proven eCommerce leadership experience (P&L ownership essential)
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of growth
• Experience in retail (fashion, lifestyle or home ideal)
• Confident leading teams and influencing stakeholders
• Hands-on with digital marketing & trading performance
• Shopify experience a plus
