Content & Category Supervisor (E-Commerce)| Dublin North | Permanent

Our client, based in Dublin North, is seeking a Content and Category Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in coordinating a team responsible for online content and category management for an e-commerce.

THE ROLE|

A collaborative leadership role where you will support and guide the content team while ensuring high standards across website content and product listings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Lead the content team, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Oversee and improve product listings and category performance
• Identify errors and opportunities to enhance content
• Collaborate with SEO, marketing, and design teams
• Support campaigns, reporting, and workflow improvements

REQUIREMENTS |

• Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and product catalogues
• Familiarity with CMS/CRM/ERP systems
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience in guiding a team
