Silverbelly Whiskey is a premium spirit hand-selected by Alan Jackson, built at the intersection of whiskey and country music. Beyond the bottle, we are building a lifestyle brand rooted in 90s western country culture — and our retail experience is a big part of that story. We are looking for a passionate Retail Manager to lead both our in-store and online retail operations.

About the Role

This isn't your average retail position. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes 90s western country style — from the boots to the belt buckles. You'll be the face of our retail floor, connecting with customers, driving product sales, and helping grow our online store. If you have a passion for fashion, a love of country music culture, and the creativity to help develop new merchandise ideas, this role was made for you.

In-Store Retail

• Manage day-to-day in-store retail operations including opening and closing procedures
• Greet and assist customers, sharing the story behind the Silverbelly brand and product line
• Drive in-store sales of apparel, merchandise, spirits, and gift sets
• Maintain floor displays, merchandise organization, and visual presentation standards
• Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
• Follow and implement merchandising trends for continuous improvement of retail results

Online Retail

• Oversee management of both our retail e-commerce store AND our online whiskey club
• Manage and fulfill online orders in a timely and professional manner
• Package and ship clothing and merchandise orders with care and brand consistency
• Maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, and inventory on the online store
• Monitor online order activity and communicate updates to the team
• Work with e-commerce partners to continue to improve and grow online channels

Brand & Product Development

• Bring creative ideas for new merchandise, apparel, and product lines rooted in 90s western country style
• Collaborate with the executive team on seasonal product launches and special collections
• Work with merchandising partners to execute on all product development
• Provide customer feedback and sales data insights to help guide product decisions
• Represent the Silverbelly brand with professionalism and authentic enthusiasm at all times
• Work with Silverbelly marketing team to execute marketing content for all responsibilities

Who You Are

• You have a deep love for fashion and 90s western country culture — you know the style inside and out
• You are personable, energetic, and enjoy connecting with customers and selling products you believe in
• You are organized, self-motivated, and can manage both in-store and online operations simultaneously
• You have a creative eye for merchandise and aren't afraid to pitch new ideas
• You take pride in presentation — from the store floor to the packaging on every shipped order
• You are reliable, punctual, and thrive in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment
• Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce is a plus (1–3 years preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ability to learn e-commerce/shipping platforms
