Catering Sales, Event Manager & Marketing Coordinator

Rouge Fine Catering, a leading Baltimore/Washington area catering company, is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Catering Sales, Event Manager & Marketing Coordinator.

The ideal candidate is a well-organized, self-starting professional with experience in the food and hospitality industry, an understanding of the etiquette of fine dining, and a strong sense of visual presentation and branding.

This person will be responsible for every aspect of event coordination from the first phone call through execution of the event, including client correspondence, menu planning and tastings with our chef team, managing event staff, vendor coordination, and organizing all other arrangements as they relate to each function.

In addition to event management responsibilities, this role will also assist with social media, website presence, and promotional design efforts. Responsibilities include helping to showcase our events and food through curated content, assisting with updates to our website, and supporting the creation of marketing materials and brand assets.
