ProxyLink is currently representing a growing and highly dynamic client in the consumer products space that is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of their online sales ecosystem.
This is not a maintenance role, it is a growth mandate.
Our client is looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader who can expand digital channels, strengthen marketplace partnerships, optimize operations, and build scalable systems that support long-term revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Channel Growth
- Manage and expand marketplace and DTC channels (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)
- Identify new revenue opportunities and optimize existing accounts
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and product listings
Account & Partner Management
- Own relationships with key marketplace partners
- Drive performance reviews and negotiate growth initiatives
Operations & Inventory
- Coordinate inventory planning and fulfillment
- Improve processes to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
Performance & Analytics
- Track KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion, ROAS)
- Analyze trends and implement data-driven improvements
Systems & Scalability
- Build efficient workflows and scalable processes
- Implement tools and automation to support growth
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years in e-commerce or marketplace management
- Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
