This is a unique opportunity to join a premium fashion and wellness brand at a pivotal stage of growth.
Ecommerce Executive
At Pretty You London, we are entering a new phase of growth - refining our brand, expanding our team, and strengthening our position within the premium fashion and wellness space.
We are seeking an Ecommerce Executive who brings energy, organisation and a proactive mindset. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting and growing our ecommerce function across site, operations, customer experience, and performance.
If you are entrepreneurial, highly organised, data-confident, and excited by the challenge of helping to grow a fast-moving brand, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As Ecommerce Executive, you will support the day-to-day running and growth of our ecommerce business across our own website and retail partners.
Working closely with the wider team, you will help manage ecommerce administration, digital trading activity, customer operations, and performance reporting, while contributing to the development and execution of ecommerce strategies across marketing and site.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to a growing business, uncover opportunities, and make a visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of our Shopify store, ensuring products, content, merchandising, and site information are accurate and up to date
- Assist with retailer management across partner platforms, helping to maintain strong brand presentation, product listings, and trading performance
- Manage ecommerce administration across platforms and support advertising activity across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Ads
- Support ecommerce operations including customer service queries, returns processing, and helping to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Monitor key ecommerce metrics including conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and other trading KPIs, identifying quick wins and areas for improvement
- Use platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other reporting tools to generate analysis and uncover performance insights
- Build and maintain reporting to support decision-making across ecommerce and marketing
- Monitor competitor activity, promotions, and wider market trends, sharing insights and recommendations with the team
- Support the ongoing optimisation of site performance, merchandising, and customer journey
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns, launches, and trading moments are executed effectively across ecommerce touchpoints
- Take a proactive approach to problem solving, identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and efficiency
About You
- You are naturally curious, proactive, and genuinely interested in ecommerce
- You are highly organised and confident managing your own workload
- You are commercially aware, with an understanding of how ecommerce activity drives growth
- You are comfortable working across both trading and operational tasks
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are happy to get stuck into any challenge
- You bring an entrepreneurial spirit and want to contribute to building a real project
- You are a collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Our Culture
At Pretty You London, we value creativity, ambition, and a shared commitment to build the brand. We are a creative and strategic team with a clear vision for growth, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.
This is a rare opportunity to join at a key moment in our growth, where your contribution will have a tangible impact on the future of the business.
