Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our player acquisition and support our B2B prototype licensing business. You'll own day-to-day execution across in-app advertising, app store and Steam promotion, and marketing campaigns that help bring our prototypes to studios worldwide.
You'll report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with product, creative, and BD teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlayer Acquisition (B2C)
- Plan and execute in-app advertising campaigns across major networks (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, IronSource, etc.)
- Manage app promotion and ASO on Google Play, Apple App Store, and Steam
- Own core performance metrics — CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention — and continuously optimise through A/B testing
- Support social media, influencer, and community marketing across Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit
Prototype Licensing (B2B)
- Support promotion of our game prototypes to other studios for reskin and co-development
- Help create B2B marketing assets — pitch decks, showcase videos, and sales collateral
- Assist the Director in outreach, partner communications, and industry event participation
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and performance reports across both B2C and B2B channels
- Track trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy
Requirements
- 4–6 years of digital marketing experience in the gaming industry
- Hands-on experience running user acquisition / in-app ad campaigns with meaningful budgets
- Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and 1–2 major mobile ad networks
- Familiar with Google Play Console, App Store Connect, and Steamworks, including ASO basics
- Experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular) and analytics platforms (GA4, Firebase)
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and reporting on performance
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns in parallel
Pay: €55,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
