- *Role Overview**
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who naturally
- thinks in ads*
, understands social media behaviour, and can translate insights into high-performing video concepts. You should be confident in developing ideas that stop the scroll, communicate clearly, and drive measurable results.
This is a specialist position focused on
- *direct-response video advertising**
. It requires experience within paid social environments and the ability to take a concept from idea to execution. It is
- *not**
a social media management, general UGC creation, or media buying role.
You will be expected to
- Analyze products, audiences and insights to inform concepts
- Develop creative angles, hooks and storyboards
- Write clear briefs for creators, editors and scriptwriters
- Review and refine video content to ensure quality and performance alignment
- Interpret creative data and optimise concepts accordingly
Candidates should have a proven track record of ideating consistently, delivering high-output creative, and working with
- *paid social video assets**
.
Experience in direct-response advertising is
- *essential**
for success in this role.
- Key Responsibilities
- Creative Development
- Develop high-performing concepts based on psychology and product benefits.
- Generate new paid social ad ideas daily.
- Write structured creative briefs for creators, editors and scriptwriters.
- Quality & Performance*
- Review UGC submissions and scripts for messaging clarity, hook strength, accuracy and compliance.
- Own creative quality control before ads go live.
- Interpret creative results to improve and scale winning ideas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration*
- Work with editors and copywriters to optimise cadence, storytelling and retention.
- Support testing roadmaps and creative strategy development.
- Requirements*
- Proven experience in
- *paid social advertising
(Meta-first).
- Portfolio with
- *ad concepts, hooks, scripts and winning creative**

- Strong understanding of direct-response frameworks and storytelling cadence.
- Able to analyse creative performance and translate insights into action.
- Strong copy instincts and detail orientation.
- Fast execution and high output capability.
- Independent thinker with endless ideas.
