Manager, Marketing Communications

Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Manager, Marketing Communications to execute day-to-day marketing and communications efforts across the organization. This role is responsible for creating and delivering clear, engaging content across digital channelsincluding social media, email, web, and mobileto support member engagement, promote programs and events, and strengthen the Associations brand.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, this position translates organizational priorities into effective communications, supports integrated marketing efforts, and ensures accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all channels. The Manager also contributes to marketing communications planning, maintains production schedules, and tracks performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to executing high-quality communications.

Content Creation and Copywriting

• Write and produce content directly for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and branding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content that supports organizational initiatives and member engagement.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, schedule, and monitor social media content, managing engagement and audience growth.
