Job Description

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will

  • Own senior relationships with key brand partners, acting as the primary strategic point of contact
  • Lead end-to-end ecommerce and digital commerce strategies across marketplaces, social commerce, and performance marketing
  • Drive progressive revenue growth, profitability and long-term account expansion across multiple countries
  • Develop data-led growth plans spanning content optimisation, campaigns, promotions, pricing and operations
  • Oversee execution across internal specialists (marketing, operations, content, tech) ensuring service excellence and SLA delivery
  • Identify commercial upsell and cross-sell opportunities and present strategic growth proposals to senior client stakeholders
  • Lead senior-level business reviews, insights reporting and performance forecasting
  • Act as a mentor to KAMs, providing guidance on account strategy, stakeholder management and execution excellence
  • Champion client NPS, retention and long-term partnership value

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Senior KAM, Account Director or equivalent within ecommerce, digital, marketplaces or a related environment
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce business fundamentals, P&L drivers and commercial performance
  • Experience working with brands, platforms or ecommerce enablers across marketplaces and/or social commerce
  • Confident engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation, storytelling and presentation skills
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel and PowerPoint capability
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
