This role focuses on delivering exceptional service by fulfilling customers' online curbside orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance customer loyalty by providing outstanding service during curbside order fulfillment, including fast, friendly, and accurate handling of orders and payments.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and management.
• Exhibit a welcoming and friendly demeanor towards customers (both in-person and on the phone) while addressing their inquiries and needs.
• Quickly resolve customer complaints by collaborating with leadership when necessary.
• Manage daily workflows from the dashboard and effectively fulfill orders as required.
• Utilize efficient product selection processes within the store while adhering to bagging standards.
• Properly stage and store products in accordance with food safety guidelines.
• Greet every customer and handle payment transactions to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior cashier experience is a plus.
