Key Responsibilities

• Assist in launching and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors.
• Work closely with our creative and content teams to ensure that ad visuals and messaging align perfectly with our campaign objectives.
• Help monitor media budgets and keep track of pacing and performance to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights to optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements.
• Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting insights and trends for stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth invoicing, trafficking, and quality assurance of campaigns.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and tools in digital media relevant to talent attraction.

This is a fully remote position, requiring the following home office setup:

• Reliable high-speed internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download speed (50 Mbps for shared connections).
• Minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships.
• Experience with paid digital media campaigns and recruitment marketing is preferred.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through with minimal direction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose solutions proactively.
• Receptive to feedback and quick to implement it.
• Able to balance speed and accuracy in a high-volume pace.

Compensation

The annual salary for this role ranges from $55,000 to $71,000, based on various factors including job location, experience, and market conditions.
