- Artgallery.co.uk, a platform connecting independent artists with buyers across the UK
Both businesses are at a stage where improving how we identify, onboard, and manage partners will have a direct and meaningful impact on revenue.

You will take ownership of how we identify, onboard, and develop relationships with both suppliers and sales channels. This is not just about bringing partners into the business, but about working with them over time to improve performance, resolve issues, and unlock growth.
A key part of the role will be developing and agreeing commercial terms with partners, ensuring that agreements are structured in a way that supports both performance and long-term relationships.
You will work closely with leadership and with teams across data, technology, and operations. The expectation is that you will contribute to how we shape and improve our approach to partnerships as the business continues to scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-quality suppliers, brands, and partners
- Build and maintain strong working relationships, acting as a key point of contact
- Develop and agree commercial terms with suppliers and partners, including pricing, margins, and supply arrangements
- Work closely with suppliers to improve stock availability, product range, and overall performance
- Support the development of new sales channels and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Use data and insight to guide conversations with partners and inform decision-making
- Help resolve day-to-day commercial and operational issues with suppliers and channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process
- Contribute to improving how partnership processes are structured and delivered

What You’ll Work With
- E-commerce marketplaces and distribution channels
- A network of suppliers across health, food, and consumer product categories
- Internal data and reporting to support commercial decision-making
- A mix of outbound business development and ongoing relationship management
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or sales
- Experience working with suppliers, brands, or commercial partners
- Experience negotiating or contributing to commercial agreements
- Ability to build and manage relationships in a practical, straightforward way
- Confidence handling commercial conversations around pricing, margins, and performance
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Earning Potential
- Typical earnings of £60K – £75K
- £80K+ for top performers
- Uncapped commission, with a clear link between performance and reward
