Lojas Renner, Brazil's largest department store chain, needs you to own the full-funnel growth strategy for their mobile app. You'll drive sustainable user acquisition and repeat purchase through performance media across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads—with clear targets on CAC, LTV, and retention. First 3 months: Audit and optimize current app campaigns across all media channels; identify efficiency gaps and quick wins on CPI/CPA. Establish baseline tracking infrastructure and event validation across AppsFlyer/Adjust to ensure clean attribution data. Deliver data-driven growth roadmap for next 12 months with CPI, CAC, and LTV targets tied to business goals. Conduct A/B testing framework and run first 2-3 structured experiments on creative, targeting, or landing experience. Key metrics: Cost Per Install (CPI), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Install-to-Purchase Conversion Rate, Day 7, Day 30 Retention Rate, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Tools: Google UAC, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Data Studio, Looker. Salary: $85K-$120K BRL equivalent (est. ~R$450K-R$630K annually). Ideal candidate: You've shipped performance campaigns on Google UAC, Meta, or TikTok at scale and can speak fluently about CPI/CPA/LTV tradeoffs. You're comfortable with MMP setup, event tracking, SKAN nuances, and deep linking—and enjoy debugging attribution. You thrive in hands-on roles where you execute *and* lead; you want to mentor others without waiting for a manager title. You work in Portuguese or can ramp quickly; you're excited about e-commerce and repeat-purchase growth loops. You have direct experience working with Product and BI teams to move the needle on retention and lifetime value.
