Job Title: E-Commerce CRO & Funnel Optimization Specialist

(Shopify | Meta Ads | Google Ads | Email Marketing)

This is a performance role focused on ROAS, AOV, CVR, and LTV growth — not just design improvements.

What You Will Own

Shopify Conversion Optimization

Optimize product pages for higher CVRImprove cart → checkout flow
Increase AOV (bundles, upsells, cross-sells)
Reduce cart abandonment
Improve mobile experience

Paid Ads Funnel Optimization

You must understand how traffic quality affects conversion.
Audit Meta & Google campaigns
Align landing pages with ad intentImprove creative-to-landing page consistency
Reduce CPA while increasing ROAS
Improve funnel tracking accuracy

Email Marketing Optimization

Improve welcome flow conversion
Optimize abandoned cart emails
Increase repeat purchase rate
Improve email-driven revenue %

Testing & Analytics

You must

Run structured A/B tests

Use data (not opinion)

Track

Revenue per visitor

Provide weekly performance reports

Required Skills

3+ years CRO experience in Shopify e-commerce

Strong understanding of Meta & Google Ads funnels

Experience with

Heatmaps (Hotjar / Clarity)
GA4Shopify analytics
Email platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
Proven revenue growth case studies
Deep understanding of buyer psychology
