As part of our E-Commerce team, you will

• Select and gather products with a keen eye for freshness and quality.
• Assemble customer orders, process transactions, and load groceries into customer vehicles upon their arrival.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding their orders, including any necessary substitutions.
• Adhere to food safety and company guidelines while providing top-notch customer service.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in all work areas, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
• Utilize our point of sale (POS) system effectively to manage transactions.
• Help train new team members, ensuring they understand our processes and commitment to customer satisfaction.

To qualify for this role, you should possess

• The ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong reading skills to follow shelf tags and instructions.
• Basic math skills for handling sales and exchanges.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Desired experience includes

• Previous roles in personal shopping, stocking, or cashiering.
