We’re a specialty pet products company selling D2C, on Amazon, and to wholesale distributors and retail pet stores around the world. Our international is blowing up, and we need more expertise in all of ecommerce.

The Role
As our Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager, you’ll own the full digital commerce operation — from our Shopify D2C store to domestic and international marketplaces. You’ll drive revenue growth, expand into new global markets, and manage the tools and partnerships that make it all work.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll set the strategy and execute it. You’ll manage marketplace partners, optimize listings, analyze data, and work cross-functionally with our product, logistics, and marketing teams.
What You’ll Own
- International expansion via Channel Engine, Rithum, Base.com, or similar — market entry strategy, localized listings, cross-border logistics, VAT/tariffs, and international partner relationships
- Liason to our Amazon partner Recommerce.
- Shopify Integrations and marketing agency coordination
- Brand protection: unauthorized reseller enforcement and MAP policy compliance across all channels
- Cross-channel product data and PDP management across all marketplaces and D2C
- Analytics and reporting: performance dashboards, data-driven pricing, inventory, and promotional decisions
- Emerging U.S. marketplaces (TikTok Shop, TEMU, Walmart Marketplace)
Required
- 3–7+ years of ecommerce management with proven revenue growth
- International marketplace experience using multi-marketplace tools
- Amazon exposure and working knowledge
- Shopify proficiency — store management, plugins, integrations
- International logistics: customs, VAT, tariffs, and D2C compliance (GDPR, local consumer protection laws)
- Strong data analysis — you make decisions with numbers

- AI tools for ecommerce — content generation, analytics, automation
- CRO and ecommerce marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social, influencer)
- Wholesale B2B — sales to distributors and wholesale partners via Shopify or similar

Compensation: Competitive + performance incentives
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
