Position: Full Time Digital Marketing & Graphics Specialist

Department: Public Relations / Marketing

Shift: Days, infrequent evenings/weekends

PURPOSE

The Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist supports the hospital's communication, branding and community engagement efforts through a blend of digital content management and creative design. This role develops and maintains digital content across social media and the hospital website, while also producing highquality graphics and visual materials that strengthen the hospital's brand and promote key services. The position ensures all digital and visual communications are accurate, timely, patientfriendly and aligned with organizational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design or multimedia production (healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging and patientfriendly content
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
• Experience with social media platforms, content management systems and basic video editing tools
• Familiarity with analytics tools and SEO best practices
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
• Must hold a valid Ohio driver's license; have a safe driving record and meet insurance requirements as specified by the hospital's insurance carrier.
