SEO & Linkbuilding Specialist at Immigrant Invest

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to support SEO Team Lead in executing SEO activities for international market promotion of the immigrantinvest.com website, as well as take ownership of SEO management for individual company websites.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-page and technical SEO optimization of website pages to improve rankings and user experience
• Collect and analyze semantic cores for target markets, identifying high-impact keyword opportunities
• Analyze backlink profiles and execute link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues affecting performance and indexation
• Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance
• Create detailed briefs and technical requirements for copywriters to ensure SEO-driven content production
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and key SEO metrics, identifying trends and optimization opportunities
• Prepare regular reports on SEO performance with clear, actionable insights
• Automate SEO processes and workflows using AI tools, with a focus on improving efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in SEO (in-house or agency)
• English – B1+ or higher; Russian – B2+ or higher
• Proficiency in key SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Hands‑on experience with on‑page and technical SEO optimization
• Experience in developing and executing link‑building strategies
• Experience working with multilingual SEO
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple tasks
• High level of responsibility and accountability for results
• Strong attention to detail, perseverance, and consistency in execution
• Diligence and thoroughness in handling both strategic and routine tasks
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages
• Experience promoting websites in international markets
