Salary Range: $110,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually

We are looking for a Director of Digital Experience & Conversion Strategy to take charge of our digital user experience strategy across all web platforms. This role will drive ongoing efforts in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), oversee the development of websites and landing pages, and promote a data-driven approach to enhance customer journeys, boosting engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

You will collaborate with engineering, digital marketing, creative/design, and sales teams to provide seamless, high-impact digital experiences that represent the Cardone brand. You'll lead a small but ambitious team dedicated to user experience, instilling process, discipline, and innovation to optimize and elevate our digital performance.

This position blends strategy, product management, and performance marketing—ideal for someone who excels at the crossroads of user experience and measurable business success. You will advocate for a culture of experimentation and insights to steer decision-making, creating frictionless, high-performing user experiences. Additionally, you'll help CTTI transition towards AI-powered, personalized digital experiences, laying the groundwork for a smarter, more adaptive digital ecosystem that anticipates customer needs and accelerates results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the digital experience and CRO strategy across all CTTI web platforms, encompassing the entire journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Collaborate with analytics and data teams to define KPIs, craft experiments, interpret data, and apply statistical rigor to all A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Implement a structured experimentation framework, including hypothesis development, test design, execution, and analysis post-testing.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, creative, and analytics teams to enhance site experience and funnel efficiency.
  • Supervise the design and development of landing pages and digital interfaces, ensuring brand consistency, usability, and adherence to conversion best practices.
  • Craft the roadmap for AI-driven personalization, collaborating closely with data, technology, and marketing teams to pilot and expand new capabilities.
  • Oversee information architecture and UX standards to enhance discoverability, user engagement, and conversion.
  • Lead and mentor a team focused on CRO execution, web optimization, and user experience design.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies, communicating test outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Keep up with emerging trends in digital analytics, experimentation, personalization, and AI-driven design innovations.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in user experience, CRO, product management, or related disciplines.
  • 2+ years managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Ability to create and convey wireframes, page flows, and functional requirements to guide design and development.
  • Strong expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and experimental design, with a robust understanding of statistical significance and data interpretation.
  • Proven record of improving conversion rates and lead performance in complex digital environments.
  • Experience overseeing website builds, UX enhancements, and technology integrations in partnership with engineering and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with top CRO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Optimizely, Hotjar, Google Optimize, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of translating intricate insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience leading or contributing to personalization initiatives and proficiency with emerging AI tools and technologies for web optimization.
  • Skilled at mentoring teams and establishing scalable optimization processes.
  • A blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Experience with ClickFunnels, HighLevel, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • A background in lead generation and/or eCommerce is preferred.
