Your Role
As a hands-on Senior Designer, you will lead the design of our e-commerce platform, influencing how customers interact with our products across various channels. You will collaborate with fellow designers to refine user flows, enhance visual and interaction design, and ensure our output conveys a unified and compelling vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Drive high-quality visual, interaction, and motion design personally.
- Lead complex projects from concept through delivery, ensuring clarity and quality.
- Utilize research and business strategy to inform clear design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on innovative solutions.
- Elevate design standards by engaging in critique and prototyping.
- Modernize legacy systems with a focus on transparency and intention.
- Deliver measurable impacts that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Your Profile
- A seasoned designer with over 10 years in crafting high-impact digital products.
- Strong foundation in visual design, interaction principles, and motion graphics.
- Ability to transition fluidly between overarching systems thinking and detailed design work.
- Comfortable leading large-scale initiatives in ambiguous settings.
- A confident communicator able to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- A passion for elevating design standards and creating robust experience foundations.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of designing for digital platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing systems thinking and completed products.
- Demonstrated success in delivering significant business and user outcomes.
- Expertise in UX principles, usability best practices, and e-commerce standards.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual narrative coherence.
- Experience in prototyping and integrating motion into designs.
- Excellent skills in storytelling and presenting to senior audiences.
- Ability to effectively influence leaders in cross-functional domains.
- Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in complex global brands.
- Familiarity with the automotive sector or large-scale digital ecosystems.
- A history of modernizing legacy systems or advancing digital commerce platforms.
Compensation
- Base compensation for this role ranges from $134,700 to $207,600. Actual compensation will depend on various relevant factors.
- Bonus Potential: Performance-based incentive pay program based on company, job, and individual performance.

Remote Work
This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country. You may be directed to report to a GM site as needed.
