Position Summary

The Manager of Search will be the day-to-day steward of search media for assigned brands and lead search campaign development, activation, and innovation. The Manager of Search is expected to apply search mastery to deliver against client goals. As team lead, you will ensure we deliver exemplary service and support to our customers and determine the product enhancements for the future by testing and optimizing our PPC and SEO campaigns. You will analyze market conditions, evaluate the competitive landscape and create a differentiated & unique value proposition for Fox customers that may be executed at scale. You will manage your own book of business, and provide leadership to the team on effectively analyzing, optimizing and managing their campaigns and reporting to clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Formulate account strategy, oversee account performance, implement tactics to optimize performance and deliver KPIs, monitor budgets and pacing to ensure delivery

Analyze product data and digital trends to develop strategies, roadmaps, and update products to deliver customer benefits and drive incremental growth

Support sales and account management teams on new paid search proposals and identify opportunities for new customer acquisition or product expansion

Provide mentorship and coaching to a team of PPC and SEO campaign managers

Establish and monitor KPIs; deliver timely updates and insights regarding product performance and trends to senior management

Stay current on digital trends and recommend key areas of growth for Fox Dealer that will drive additional profit

Determine and implement industry best practices, including identifying any product enhancements, fulfillment processes, and ensure the seamless communication of changes across all impacted parties

Requirements & Qualifications

3-5+ years of paid search and search engine optimization experience

Mastery of search platforms (Google & Bing)

Mastery of relevant tools for reporting, analytics and competitive analysis

Must possess superb organizational and communication skills, both written and oral

Strong leadership skills with the willingness to take on any task; hands-on/roll-up your sleeves mentality is required

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills

Proficient in analyzing large data sets

Expert in excel, Google Sheets or BI tool such as Tableau, Sisense or Qlik

Must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Highly motivated, self-starter with a team-focused mind-set, and a desire to be a part of a great team
