Paid Social Account Coordinator
Fiddle Leaf MarketingFiddle Leaf Marketing, a small but fast-growing, women-owned boutique digital marketing agency, is hiring a Paid Social Account Coordinator to support our paid advertising clients.
This part-time role (15–20 hours/week) includes significant growth potential, with a path to full-time as the agency scales.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Lead onboarding and keep timelines on track
- Join client calls, track action items, and maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate assets, approvals, and deliverables
- Support monthly reporting organization
- Collaborate closely with our Founder, Creative Strategist, and Paid Search team
You’re a great fit if you have
- 1-2 years of marketing, account coordination, or related experience
- 1-2 years of experience with paid social account management or strategy is preferred (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience (required)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- A passion for supporting small businesses
- A collaborative, positive mindset
- Comfort working in a dynamic, flexible environment with a startup mentality
- Passionate about social media marketing and creative strategy
