SEO Specialist

Job Summary

Your day-to-day work will be focused on executing SEO and digital marketing strategies for clients and being an active part of an effective digital marketing team. This role has significant growth potential for someone who is driven by success and can accomplish goals. An SEO Specialist is responsible for managing and executing effective SEO campaigns for our clients to maximize the traffic to websites by improving rankings within search engines. You create and manage best-practice for SEO campaigns to produce effective campaigns that achieve our client’s goals while maintaining a high level of efficiency to ensure profitability for the company.

Take ownership of SEO strategies for campaigns

Efficiently and effectively manage and execute tasks for SEO campaigns

Continue to improve SEO department through process documentation and continued education

Day to Day Responsibilities

Create and manage SEO processes and scheduled tasks

Maintain and regularly improve the SEO process to ensure best-practices

Regularly engage in SEO education to improve services offered

Properly utilize project management software for all SEO tasks

Manage and develop usage standards for all SEO tools and softwares

Ensure quality work is delivered on-time for all campaigns

Execute all regularly scheduled SEO tasks for all campaigns

Execute timely and effective onboarding for all SEO campaigns

Conduct keyword research

Conduct SEO site audits

Optimize website for target keywords

Optimize website for crawl ability and indexability

Develop SEO strategies based on SEO data analysis

Work with Content Marketing Specialist to guide content and link building efforts

Manage local citation campaigns

Manage and refine review generation system

Create regular reports for all campaigns

Compensation

We pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual employee review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the pay range for this role is listed below, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.

Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 p/ Year
