Job Title: Growth Marketing Specialist

The Mission

We are looking for a high-impact Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer journey. Your primary goal is taking a brand from scratch to a state of sustained profitability through aggressive strategy, attention grabbing design, and proper execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Architecture: Layout and execute marketing systems that convert. You will plan the entire customer journey from first interaction to revenue.
• Hybrid Creative/Design: You must be experienced in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma to produce professional assets without a dedicated design department as needed.
• Technical Communication: Translate marketing needs into clear requirements for team members. You should be comfortable discussing KPIs, conversion tracking, and tech integrations.
• Agile Promotions: Monitor industry trends to launch high-conversion promos. You must be able to pivot quickly based on data-driven decisions.
• Portfolio Expansion: As our brands stabilize and become profitable, you will be involved in marketing launches for additional businesses within our portfolio.

Requirements

• You must show a proven track record of building a company's marketing engine from $0 to profitability.
• You are confident in strategizing customer acquisition and building the retention systems that create long-term brand loyalty.
• A portfolio of professional-grade marketing materials created by you or teams you have worked on is required.

Hours & Compensation

• Starting Salary: $4,000 per month.
• 40 Hours/Week In-Person Commitment: This is a dedicated, full-time role requiring your in-person presence 5 Days a week, 8 hours a day.
