This is a client-facing role focused on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on revenue outcomes. You will work across multiple client accounts, partnering closely with brands to leverage creator content and drive measurable growth through paid social.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing client relationships, and is excited to operate at the intersection of paid media and the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid social campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) for Creator’s clients, with a focus on driving revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition
  • Develop and present paid media strategies to clients, clearly outlining approach, expected outcomes, and performance insights
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, translating business goals into paid media strategies and execution plans that drive measurable results
  • Leverage influencer and UGC content within paid media campaigns, continuously testing and optimizing creative performance
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for clients
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing priorities and maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication, performance reporting, and strategic guidance
  • Lead client-facing discussions including performance reviews, campaign updates, and optimization recommendations
  • Continuously test audiences, creative, and campaign structures to improve performance outcomes across client campaigns
  • Edit and repurpose existing ad creative (image and video) to improve engagement and conversion performance
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, emerging tools, and best practices in paid media and creator marketing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support campaign execution, tracking, and performance reporting for client accounts
  • Support and train other team members on paid media best practices as needed

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in paid media, with hands-on execution across Meta and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and experience optimizing campaigns toward revenue outcomes (ROAS, CPA, conversion)
  • Experience working with influencer or UGC content in paid media campaigns
  • Background in an agency environment or experience managing multiple clients at once
  • Strong communication and client-facing experience, with the ability to build relationships and clearly explain performance insights
  • Basic video and image editing skills, with the ability to repurpose and optimize existing ad creative for performance
  • A tech-forward mindset with the ability to work with data, learn new tools quickly, and adapt in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to affiliate or partnership marketing, including familiarity with platforms such as Impact, CJ, Awin, or Rakuten
  • Experience working with influencer-driven affiliate programs
  • Familiarity with attribution tools, GA4, or campaign tracking frameworks

What we offer

  • A competitive salary and benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance)
  • A vibrant, dog friendly office in downtown Vancouver with the flexibility of remote work 2 days per week
  • An inclusive environment with a team of passionate and talented individuals
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth, with access to industry events and conferences
  • A supportive company culture that values collaboration, innovation, and communication
  • The opportunity to participate in the scaling up of a thriving company including the professional and personal upside that comes with it

Compensation

$75,000-$95,000 CAD base salary, plus bonus, ESOP, benefits, and growth opportunities
