The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our content, social media, and growth marketing. This role is equal parts creative and strategic—you’ll write captions, build campaigns, manage our social presence, and drive real growth through referral programs, partnerships, and community activations. You’ll work directly with our Marketing Lead and founders.

What You’ll Do

Content & Social Media

• Own the content calendar and posting cadence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Write captions, blog posts, and email copy in the Cowboy Pools voice
• Source and curate UGC; manage community engagement (DMs, comments, inquiries)
• Monitor trends and competitors weekly—flag what’s working and what we should try

Growth Marketing

• Build and manage referral, ambassador, and sweepstakes programs
• Execute local activations: venue campaigns, giveaways, pop-ups, pool parties
• Manage QR code campaigns and track performance across channels
• Handle partnership outreach with local businesses and brands in key markets
• Identify top customers and markets for content creation and ambassador opportunities

Insights & Ops

• Track campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
• Support VIP program operations and member communications
• Maintain clean attribution, tracking, and reporting across all initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years in social media, content marketing, or growth marketing
• Strong copywriting instincts across platforms and formats
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns at once
• Data-curious—you track what’s working and adjust accordingly
• Based in Austin or willing to be local for events and collaboration
• Bonus: experience with referral/ambassador programs, video editing, or DTC/e-commerce brands
