E-commerce Clerk

Conglom Inc. is a consumer and industrial products distribution company, recognized as one of the largest distributors in Canada. Constantly evolving, Conglom Inc. extended his team. We are looking for an E-commerce Clerk to support our shipping department. The successful candidate will be in charge of ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse through our ECOMM department.

Roles and responsibilities

• Pick, Pack and label order;
• Manage the email box about order flips and important update of order;
• Prepare the shipping document ;
• Respond to freight cost requests promptly;
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or damage product;
• Ensure product quality standards;
• Maintain a clean and organized area;
• Stock item in a designated area;
• Co-ordinate daily with Shipping Supervisor to ensure 100% order fulfillment rate;
• Processing of all return merchandise from customers;
• The position includes ongoing training to support a broad range of responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or suitable equivalent;
• 1+ years work experience in a similar role;
• Familiar with warehouse operation;
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs when required;
• Organization skills;
• Microsoft Office;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required;
