We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional to drive our digital commerce growth and social media presence.

Role Description The E-Commerce & Social Commerce Marketing Manager will own our end-to-end digital sales and marketing strategy across major online marketplaces and social commerce platforms. This role bridges content creation, marketplace management, and performance marketing to accelerate online revenue while maintaining the premium positioning of our brand portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven selling.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc)

  • Manage and optimize seller accounts across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
  • Create and maintain compelling product listings with SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, images, and A+ content
  • Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns, flash sales, voucher programs, and participation in mega-sale events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
  • Monitor and improve key marketplace metrics: conversion rate, traffic, average order value, and seller ratings
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams on inventory availability and order fulfillment

TikTok & Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy tailored to parents, caregivers, and baby product enthusiasts
  • Plan, produce, or direct short-form video content (product demos, educational content, unboxings, testimonials)
  • Manage TikTok LIVE selling sessions, including scheduling, scripting, hosting, or coordinating with live-selling talent
  • Build and manage relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers), and affiliate creators
  • Manage TikTok affiliate programs and creator partnerships to drive sales through TikTok Shop
  • Manage social media accounts across other platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to maintain brand consistency

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and manage paid advertising budgets across Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Brand & Cross-Channel Coordination

  • Ensure all online content reflects the premium brand positioning and is consistent with retail marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with retail and traditional marketing teams on integrated campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and platform algorithm changes
  • Stay current on platform updates, new features, and best practices across all e-commerce and social channels

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing seller accounts on Lazada, Shopee, and/or TikTok Shop
  • Proven track record of growing online sales and managing marketplace campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience with TikTok content creation, live selling, and affiliate/KOL management
  • Proficiency in platform advertising tools (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads Manager)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics: ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, GMV, and customer acquisition cost
  • Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic design/video editing tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create persuasive content and product copy
  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the baby products, mother-and-child, FMCG, or premium consumer goods industry
  • Background managing brand accounts (not just resale shops) on Southeast Asian marketplaces
  • Experience with CRM tools, email marketing, and customer retention strategies
  • Comfort on camera or experience hosting/directing TikTok LIVE sessions
  • Knowledge of marketplace logistics integration and fulfillment processes
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools
