Vice President Transformation

Overview

Our client, a private equity-backed manufacturing company, is seeking a Vice President of Transformation. The role will require leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives designed to accelerate operational improvement, drive value creation and professionalize key processes across the company’s global organization. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will partner closely with the executive leadership team and cross-functional leaders to ensure the successful execution of a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to accelerate operational improvement and value creation across the global organization.
• Partner with the CEO, executive team, and cross-functional leaders to execute a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Drive professionalization of key processes and ensure successful delivery of transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of post-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
