As an E-Commerce Field Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in managing a dedicated book of business while actively pursuing new customer opportunities in the digital healthcare landscape. This position is instrumental in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships through strategic engagement in the ever-evolving eCommerce sector.
In this role, you will closely collaborate with your customer base to pinpoint growth opportunities, enhance digital purchasing experiences, and achieve targeted outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and goals are met.
Your daily interactions with customers will emphasize the execution and refinement of eCommerce strategies, facilitating adoption, growth, and retention within your assigned sector. This role demands a deep understanding of the digital healthcare environment and engagement models that support patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a defined book of business, focusing on customer strategy, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify and acquire new clients within the digital healthcare segment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, fostering trusted advisor relationships.
- Recognize and act on opportunities to enhance revenue through innovative digital solutions and eCommerce capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions and fulfill performance commitments.
- Encourage customer adoption and optimization of digital tools, platforms, and services.
- Influence and support the eCommerce strategy through ongoing customer engagement and insights.
- Maintain accurate records for pipeline management, forecasting, and customer documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 4 years of related experience in sales, eCommerce, consulting, or account management.
- Previous experience in the healthcare, digital healthcare, or digital commerce fields is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing a book of business while driving customer acquisition and account growth.
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration to achieve customer outcomes.
- Willingness to travel less than 25% of the time.
- Strong product or solution knowledge relevant to the digital segment.
- Valid driver's license is required.

Anticipated pay range: $121,714 - $156,342 (includes targeted variable pay)
