Position Description / Responsibilities

· Plan and execute Digital Marketing initiatives.

· Prepare Distributor Web Content assuring proper Branding, Product Content and Loading of Burton Product attributes.

· Perform Regular cadence of review for Tier I and Tier II Customers regarding Burton Content placement and positioning with corrective action.

· Assure Burton Digital Assets are current and relevant – Photos and Product Dimension Files (BIM, Revit).

· Placement of Burton on Industry Product Content Warehouses Manage Lead Generation from Searches.

· Social Media placement and effectiveness tracking.

· Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Content improvement.

· Analysis of Burton Site Web Traffic and Constant Improvement Action.

· Web Ad Creation and Placement.

· Shape and Utilize ERP (NetSuite) CRM to support & initiate Targeted Customer Marketing.

· Website Visit Lead Generation tracking and follow-up.

· Live and Virtual Tradeshow On-Line Content Setup.

Requirements

· Minimum - B.S and/or M.S. Degree in Marketing or related field

· 1-5 years of (digital) marketing experience

  • Capability to learn Technical (Electrical/Mechanical) understanding of Designed in Products.
  • Active Listening - Focus on Buyer/User's needs translating to "Best Fit" Product Solutions
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points – Value Chain.
  • Getting Work Done Through Others - Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the use of Search Engine Optimization Tools, WordPress, Beaver Builder, Adobe InDesign, and Email Marketing Campaign & Monitoring applications.
  • interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building proficiency.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Good analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer skills with knowledge and use of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with an ERP system.

Preferences

· Proven working experience in digital marketing, leading, and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns.

· Proven creative track record in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
