Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and data-driven Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from high-quality visual content creation (design, photos, videos) to technical SEO and lead-generation strategy. In this role, creative and technical skills are blended to drive both brand awareness and sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a "creative technologist" who can produce compelling sales collateral while simultaneously analyzing the data to optimize our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design high-impact marketing assets, including website visuals, social media graphics, digital newsletters, and sales collateral.
  • Photography & Videography: Lead the production of original photo and video content, including product shoots, brand stories, and social-first video assets. Operate cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment for branded storytelling.
  • Technical SEO & Analytics: Manage website performance by monitoring web analytics and implementing on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Oversee day-to-day management and maintenance to ensure site remains current and optimized.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Enablement: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns and design professional sales collateral (pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers) to support the sales team.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across email, search, and social media platforms.
