The Opportunity

We are seeking a DTC E-Commerce Director to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer business across all digital channels.

This role is designed for a leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong bias for action—someone who understands how to drive revenue, optimize the full customer journey, and build systems that scale.

You will own the performance of each of our DTC channels and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

Core Responsibilities

Revenue and Growth Leadership

  • Own DTC revenue targets and overall performance
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across all digital channels
  • Increase AOV, CR, and customer lifetime value

Website and Conversion Optimization

  • Oversee and optimize the Shopify storefront for user experience and conversion
  • Lead A/B testing across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows
  • Continuously improve site speed, mobile experience, and funnel efficiency

Digital Marketing Oversight

  • Lead paid media strategy across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Oversee email and SMS marketing, including flows, campaigns, and segmentation
  • Drive SEO strategy and organic traffic growth

Marketplace Management

  • Oversee performance across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Etsy, eBay, and emerging marketplaces
  • Optimize listings, pricing, and channel performance
  • Ensure marketplace strategy aligns with brand positioning and long-term goals

Team and Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and fulfillment teams
  • Hire, Manage and Mentor internal team members and external partners
  • Build systems, processes, and accountability across all channels

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and report on key metrics including conversion rate, AOV, CAC, LTV, and ROAS
  • Deliver weekly performance reports every Monday by 10am
  • Provide action plans and adjustments when performance is off track

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce leadership
  • Proven track record of scaling online revenue
  • Strong experience with Shopify and analytics platforms
  • Deep understanding of paid media and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience managing major marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
  • Highly data-driven with strong organizational and execution skills

  • Increase website conversion rate
  • Improve average order value and customer retention
  • Launch and optimize at least two new revenue channels
  • Establish clear reporting and performance cadence
  • Demonstrate measurable DTC revenue growth
