AvivaPrice Comparison Website Relationship Executive
UK Offices
Up to £45,000 depending on experience and location
Are you someone with some experience in relationship management or executive support? Looking for a career progression opportunity in one of the UK’s largest insurers?
A bit about the job:
We want to be the standout number one insurer in the market, and to achieve that we need to be ahead of our competitors in how we optimise our partnerships, pricing, product propositions and customer journeys. We have an ambition to continue to grow our business and market share significantly from 2026 through to 2028.
To help us achieve this, we are recruiting for a PCW Relationship Executive role to support the management of our PCW relationships covering Car, Home and Van insurance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK’s largest insurers, supporting PCW relationships in one of Aviva’s major growth areas.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a natural curiosity and eagerness to understand the market in which we operate, challenge the norms, and deliver opportunities that help drive our business forward.
Aviva uses “smart-working” with 50% office-based working, and the person in this role can be based anywhere commutable to any of our Aviva offices.
What you'll be doing:
Maintain and develop relationships with commercial and retail customers, with the aim of maximising revenue generation to grow customer accounts for both existing and new customers.
Resolve queries and provide guidance to account management support roles, escalating more complex or unfamiliar problems to team leaders and managers.
Utilise skills and knowledge of account management processes and tools to take responsibility for maximising insurance policy sales and resolving problems in line with best practice.
Act as a first point of contact for customers within account management activities such as account maintenance, cash management, distributions and investment reporting, while also supporting more junior advisor roles.
Work independently with minimal supervision, managing a customer portfolio of lower-value agents within a smaller region, providing input and coordinating activities within sales projects while demonstrating project management skills.
Support the delivery of good customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables, enabling us to act in good faith towards customers, avoid foreseeable harm, and enable and support customers to pursue their financial objectives.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in developing strong, collaborative internal and external relationships
Experience working in commercial partnerships, ideally within an insurance or price comparison website business
Highly organised and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong understanding of management information, with the ability to use it effectively to support internal and external communications and presentations
Driven self-starter with the confidence to constructively challenge the status quo
What qualifications might I need or have?
No specific qualifications are required; ideally a background and/or qualifications that provide a good understanding of insurance and price comparison website partnerships
What experience will I have?
Similar experience working within a Price Comparison Website to insurer partnership
Experience working in a cross-functional role, assisting with the delivery of initiatives and projects and driving performance improvement
What you’ll get for this role:
Salary up to £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Generous pension (starting level: Aviva contributes 8% when you contribute 2%)
Part of the Sales Bonus Scheme
Family-friendly parental and carer’s leave
29 days’ holiday per year plus bank holidays, and the option to buy or sell up to five additional days
Up to 40% discount on Aviva products
